8 Tips for Living Alone During Coronavirus Social Distancing

Are you choosing to physically keep your distance from others and stay home, because you care about your health and the health of unknown strangers? I applaud you! But if you live alone and work from home (or have been laid off) you may be feeling pretty lonely, isolated, and disconnected. What do we always tell people to do when they’re in a crisis? Reach out to others and spend time with others!

But, to be socially conscious AND emotionally healthy, we need to get creative right now. I offer eight ideas on how to stay connected during social distancing. And while these are specifically directed towards folks home alone, these are also valuable tips for anyone who is struggling with contentment and connection during this coronavirus crisis.
