Use these 10 questions to celebrate your wedding anniversary in an intentional way.

If you have an upcoming relationship or wedding anniversary, check out this list of relationship questions.

I was talking to a couple recently about their upcoming 5-year wedding anniversary, and I suggested a reflection and growth activity for their anniversary dinner. We then brainstormed a list of 10 questions, with the intent to cultivate: closeness, celebration, appreciation, teamwork, growth, and forward thinking.

Here are the 10 Questions for a 5-Year Wedding Anniversary:

1. What is your funniest memory?

2. What are you most appreciative of?

3. What has been the biggest challenge?

4. What has surprised you the most in a positive way?

5. What has surprised you the most in a difficult/negative way?

6. What have you learned about yourself in our marriage?

7. If you could impart wisdom to others based on your experiences in our marriage, what would it be?

8. Throughout our relationship journey, what has been the most profound spiritual or emotional lesson you've learned? How have you grown or changed as a result?

9. Reflecting on our daily lives together, what is something you wish you could have more of?

10. What do we want the next five years to look like?

Feel free to use this and modify it for your relationship and the time period that you want to reflect on!
